I have fulfilled drafting and mapping on a variety of their projects from small subdivisions to larger multi-section subdivisions. Have also concentrated on customizing CAD and GIS to use legal and geographic data and expedite client needs.

● Under the Tilbury Logic identity I have focused on drafting methods and customization within Land Development Desktop to fit the needs of the mapping completed.
● Prepared a variety of plans focusing on packages that detail preliminary data from aerial photography to Energy data and legal base. Also included has been Canadian Soil Inventories and 3D models of subject lands to visualize the usefulness of potential lands in and around Calgary, Alberta.

MAPPING TECHNOLOGIST (Volunteer) 2002-2003
Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), Ottawa Ontario

Utilized refined skill-set to serve the Geodetic Survey Division of the Active Control Systems operation. Volunteered from home and office to undertake this project, in addition to daytime class commitments. Trusted with access to internal NRCan servers and the NASA FTP site.

● Facilitated the use of SQL and PHP to download and record VLBI pre/post experimental data from the NASA FTP site. This resulted in data and scheduling coordination between NRCan and worldwide organizations conducting VLBI experiments.
● Stored pertinent data in a Linux based database for retrieval via PHP web pages. Formerly, all data was recorded on paper.

TECHNICAL ENGINEER 2002
Automated Design Systems, Ottawa, Ontario

Contracted for provide technical support of office networks, including OS, AutoDesk installations and hardware maintenance for this engineering software reseller / support / training company. Accountable for ensuring accurate and efficient customer support and advice were issued for software troubleshooting, upgrades and sales.

SENIOR TECHNICAL ADVISOR 1999-2002

Initially retained as a technical advisor accountable for troubleshooting connectivity to the Internet via modem, cable modem and DSL, in addition to multiple OS platform issues. Promoted to senior position to assist first level technicians with their ability to solve technical issues, including mentoring and advice. Researched and solved obscure OS and network issues.
